There’s a Light at the End of the Tunnel.

I have to confess that when I saw the Fleshlight at Tickled Pink Toys that I was immediately intrigued. After using a left-handed twist for the last few decades the allure of a new masturbation toy was irresistible.

The Fleshlight caught my attention immediately. It has a hard outer plastic casing in the shape of a flashlight, with a larger screw top opening on one and, and a smaller screw top opening on the bottom end. Inside is a cyberskin insert, which has the benefit of feeling very similar to real flesh when it’s warmed up and lubricated. It is large enough in length and width to satisfy men of various penis length’s and girths, while still providing a tight fit.

The Fleshlight comes in a number of colours (flesh tone and clear are the most popular), and the inserts have exteriors shaped either like a mouth, vagina, or an anus.

The Fleshlight I have has a clear plastic casing and a clear cyberskin lady (vagina) insert. I chose the clear plastic because I’m vain. I like to be able to watch myself get off. The first thing I noticed when I opened the Fleshlight case was that the Fleshlight had been powdered (corn starch, or baby powder) to give it a skin like texture. Without the powder, the cyberskin has a slightly sticky consistency until it’s lubricated. I actually prefer having the outer portion of the Fleshlight powdered so it doesn’t stick against my testicles and pubic hair when I’m using it. The inside of the Fleshlight I’ve found is best left unpowdered as the powder soaks up the lube and causes excess friction.

Cyberskin requires the use of water based lubricant so I used my trusty old favorite, Probe, and lubed up the outside and inside of the insert. I really like the sensation of initial penetration with the Fleshlight. It’s a nice tight initial squeeze followed by a pleasurable sensation all over. One of the great things about the Fleshlight is that you can use it for many different kinds of masturbatory fun. You can wedge it in between your mattress and go at it doggy style, you can grasp the Fleshlight in your hand and use it as a more traditional hand aid, or you can leave it against a surface and lie face down towards it and thrust into it. It’s an extremely versatile toy.

I did find that that the lube kept getting pushed to the end of the tube by the head of my penis when using the Fleshlight vigorously. Removing my penis briefly and re-inserting after the lube had a chance to come down again easily solved this. I also found that a silicone cock ring was a good addition to a session with the Fleshlight. The cock ring keeps the head of the penis engorged, which adds a whole new level of sensation to the Fleshlight experience.

It was incredibly easy to clean after using it. All it takes is running hot water through the hollow insert until the inside is clean. If you want the exterior to have that soft touch afterwards, a small sprinkling of a corn starch based powder does the trick.

I bought the Fleshlight from Tickled Pink Toys for $74.95, a fantastic deal compared to other online resellers, and I got a fantastic toy that I’ll get a lot of use out of.

After decades of the left hand twist, there’s light at the end of the tunnel!

I’ve never had so much muscle fatigue in my life. The program I am following is really challenging. I managed to get through all of my sets with a reasonable amount of weight. I am shooting for 1-2 hours a day, 5-6 days a week.

I’m still having problems with the meals. It feels like I am constantly eating, and constantly full. I managed to eat 4000 calories the other day in food alone, no bulking powder at all, but I felt bloated all day. I won’t drink the bulking powder again - it’s just too gross and nausea inducing.

I am adjusting my goals accordingly. My previous goal weight was 230-240, then reducing body fat to 10-12% which would have me around 215-220lbs. Now I’m just going to stay between 215 and 220, which I am now, but focus on eating healthy food (3400-3500 cal/day) (including beer), and keep up 5-6 days a week in the gym. That should allow me to burn the fat off and build muscle.

This is a cool little diet calculator that is useful for determining daily input. You can tweak it a little too to suit your own needs.

I am stuffed. And I still need to eat 600 more calories today.

BMI+Lifestyle=3300 cal/day

To build muscle = 4000 cal/day

Based on 4000 cal/day I need to be on a 60/60/20 diet. 60% carbs, 20% protein, and 20% fat. According to this site I should eat between .6 and .8 grams of protein per pound of body weight, and stick to 20% or less fat in my diet. For me that works out to 60/20/20. That jives with what I’ve read elsewhere.

I’ve come across a lot of garbage too, or people who have made sites that have interpreted the information incorrectly. One site mentioned eating 1.5-1.7g/protein per pound of body weight when, in fact, the 1.5-1.7g/lb number is for kilograms and not pounds. It’s strange how a reading error can change number so dramatically.

I’m at 3200 cals thus far today. I ate a few hardboiled eggs, some pizza, and some peanuts about an hour ago that I’m waiting to digest before I eat any more.

I think I’m going to get a hardgainer powder as a meal replacement, or look into instant meals. That’ll mean I have to spend less time feeling gross and bloated, and more time feeling like a normal Wolfe.

This is a really wierd experience for me. I am so used to trying to lose 10-20 lbs rather than gain 10-20lbs. Right now I weigh 220lbs. The goal is to get to 240lbs, then go on a maintenance weight program and diet, and get to about 10-12% body fat. So.. roughly 20 weeks to get to 240.

Let’s hope this grand experiment works.

It was much busier today that I’d originally planned. I went to the gym and lifted weights in the morning, and when I got home the little girl called me wondering why her computer kept rebooting over and over again. She brought it over and I put her drive in my computer to see what was up, and on bootup I got the spectacular message that the drive had failed, and when running chkdsk I got a segment error on every single segment on the drive. Bad.

So instead of buying a new HD and an OS to put on the machine, she bought a new computer at a slightly higher cost. It will save her headaches. The HD and OS was almost as expensive as a new machine, so the new machine made sense. It’s too bad she lost her e-mail though. Thats something you never want to lose.

It reminds me that I still need to pick up an external USB HD in the range of 250-300GB to use as a backup drive and a video editing drive. I need to set up a more regular backup too.

After we ordered Tanuki’s computer we went to the hospital and I had my MRI. Despite all the noise put out by the MRI machine, I found it very peaceful. I nodded off a few times, much to my amazement. I kept forcing myself to stay awake so I didn’t jerk my foot while I was falling asleep.

I’m having a fun summer. I’ve been enjoying my workouts and I’m really happy with how my body is progressing. I’ve loved getting our of the city and fishing a few times. I have a partial tan, which I’m working on extending. I look good with a tan, but I tend to avoid the sun since I don’t want my nose to fall off from cancer when I get aged. Sun screen is a good thing.

Katt and I thought of going to San Francisco in September some time, but we decided to do a local, cheaper, trip instead. It would have been too difficult to save up enough in the 6 weeks we have before we’d want to go, so we’ll do it next year instead. This year we hope to go to Hornby Island instead. That way the little girl might be able to come too. The major challenge is transportation. I’ll have to see what options come up. based on who’s able to go.

Tomorrow is back day at the gym. Sunday is Leg day, Monday is chest day, Tuesday is Back Day, Wednesday is Shoulder day, and Thursday is arm day. I rest on Friday and Saturday. Because I’ve decided to try to build muscle, I’ve had to increase my food intake from 2700 calories a day to 3700-3900 calories a day. And I’ve cut out cardio for the time being. I want all the calories to go to muscle growth rather than being burned off during cardio. Each weight workout ranges from 30-60 minutes long, and I work at high weight until fatigue. And after the workout I swim leisurely for a while. I LOVE the water (I really want to get to Whitecliff park soon and swim in the ocean).

I’ve started taking supplements too. I take 5mg of creatine 30 mins after my workout. I take a protein drink for breakfast and after my workout to supplement my protein intake. I also take flax seed oil, salmon oil, and glucosamine sulphate.

Hopefully I’ll bulk up, instead of pudge out. Based on my reading, I’m doing it right. So we shall see.

Bill would impose 25 percent tax on Internet pornography

Bill would impose 25 percent tax on Internet pornography

I feel really sorry for American webmasters. What a crock of shite. The way I see it, it’s just another step in the marginalization of the adult industry in the U.S. The first strike was the original usc2257 regulations, which set requirements on record keeping and what types of sexual depictions were acceptable or not. The second strike was a revised usc2257 which requried even more documentation from webmasters. The third strike would be this new 25 percent tax law - if it passes.

The funny thing is that all these laws have been passed in the name of “protecting children from child pornography”, and “preventing minors from accessing pornography on the internet”. The thing is, is that any adult porn business I know of keeps amazing records anyways, from models signing releases, to models providing photo documentation of their age. These laws that the US government is passing doesn’t do anything about the real problem, which is adults molesting children and keeping photo records of that. That is all underground. From what I have read, the majority of people that make child porn are the parents or family members of children. How does forcing adult webmasters to pay 25 percent of their income impact that? Why doesn’t the US government take more responsbility for early intervention. Wouldn’t it make more sense to train teachers to recognize early warning signs of sexual abuse and to have counselors talk with every single child in their school at least a few times a year?

It makes no sense. It’s like charging bakers 25% of their income to fight child porn. Bakers’ have nothing to do with child porn, and neither do adult webmasters!

What does make sense is that the very right wing, religious, US government is on a moral and religious crusade to remake the world in their image. The patriot act is just another reflection of this mindset.

I am so glad I am Canadian.

Another week has come and gone. I think I got a fair bit accomplished this week. I worked a lot this week on advertising and raising traffic for the websites. The end of July through August is typically a slow sales period, and thus far sales are following the same pattern. A lot of people are on vacation, or are saving for a vacation, so porn typically falls lower on the list of priorities. It’s too bad, really. We’ve been putting up some of the best material we’ve ever made!

I’ve decided to get more heavily into body building. I spent some time reading up on what I need to do to get where I want to be, and I learned I’ve been going about building muscle the wrong way from a nutritional standpoint. I need to be fueling myself much more than I have been. That can be challenging for me as I don’t eat very much in general. I picked up some whey drinks to try out to see if they tasted good enough to add to my diet. That will help me get the extra nutrition I need. I also picked up creatine. I haven’t decided yet if I’ll switch from a 3 day split workout to a 5 day workout. I likely will, as I have the free time in the morning anyways. It also gives me something to work towards while I am waiting to see what’s happening with my ankle. I am a person that needs to be physically active. If I’m not, I go stir crazy. Exercise helps me burn off my stress and agitation. It makes me much easier to live with.

It’ll be strange pumping 3700 calories a day into my body. On a 40/40/20 diet that means roughly 380g of protien, 380g of carbs and 80g of fat a day. I am doubtful I’ll make that target, especially with protien. I think I can get up to 200g/day. I normally eat 80-120g a day as it is. With protien shakes I can add 100g/day to that. Bleh.

I’ve notived a big change in my body in the 2 months since I started lifting weights again. My strength has increased by about 30% overall, and I’ve put on inches of muscle everywhere. Yay!

The more fit I become, the more porn I’ll be in.

I am really enjoying the lovely weather we’re having here in Vancouver. Thankfully our condo seems to be staying relatively cool. It helps that we’re able to keep the back door open all day too. I picked up a piece of 1/8″ thick by 24″ high plexi at the hardware store yesterday to stick in our door to keep the dogs in and allow the air to flow at the same time. We used to use a wood lattice in the door to keep the dogs inside, but the lattice allowed mice to come in from outside. I don’t like mice in my home, hence buying the plexi. So far it’s working great.

I registered Temple Illuminatus the other day. I am not sure what I am going to do with it yet. I want to do something different in that space. I will be giving it some more thought.

I bought the Constantine DVD today. I’ve heard mixed reviews, but I really enjoy that genre of movie so I figured it would be worth it to have it.

I have my ankle MRI on Monday morning. EARLY monday morning. I’m looking forward to having it over and done with so I can see if surgery will help my ankle or not. I’m frustrated by my lack of mobility and the pain involved in most every ankle related activity. Crossing my fingers for good news.

I am waiting for pizza to arrive as I write this. I love pizza. MMmmMmmMMMMMmmMMM! I could eat pizza several times a week. Pizza and sushi would keep me very happy. And beer and single malt scotch.

And on that note I need to go get plates ready!

I just finished reading Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.

I’m stunned. Holy Shit.

On another note, my favorite book store, The Granville Book Store, has closed down. It looks like they were very deep in debt and they had their store shut down and their books reposessed. I’m really sad about that. I went in there 3 or 4 times a week; they had a great selection of books I enjoy.

Off to re-read the last few chapters of HP. I might have missed something important.
